Stipulation

Read the following items carefully.

1. Purpose

* The Terms of Service for 'han.eduin.co' ("Hangle" hereinafter) are applied to the Hangle website.

* Hangle provides the service under the condition that users consent to and comply with the Terms of Service. To use Hangle is to agree to the Terms of Service.

* The Terms of Service may be updated from time to time without notice to users.

     This is the site for revising Hangle into an easy and systematic language.
	That is, there could a lot of different rules or usages compared to previous
	grammartical aspect on Hangle. So, if you are to take any exams, visit
	NIKL(National Institue 0f Korean Language) or other Hangle sites.
	 Repeatedly, this site is not responsible for the disadvantages or unexpected
	results of the exams.

2. Definition of User

* A "User" is defined as a member or non-member who visits Hangle and receives information and utilizes services provided by Hangle.

3. Other Rules and Regulations

* The Terms of Service are in compliance with the telecommunications laws and related regulations of the Republic of Korea and laws pertaining to commercial practices.

4. Membership

* A person who wishes to become a Hangle member may apply for membership by filling out and submitting personal information through Hangle's enrolling process and clicking the "Join" button.

* Hangle will admit users who have completed the enrolling process mentioned in above clause as a member except in the following cases:

i) Falsehood, omission or miswriting of personal information;

ii) Any breach of these Terms of Service

* As soon as your personal information changes, you should change your member information. If you do not change your personal information, you are responsible for any problems caused by not changing the information.

5. Membership Secession and Disqualification

* You can request membership termination at anytime by the process of the member information modification. Hangle will start processing the requested termination immediately.

* After you secede from Hangle, you cannot be a member again within a month after the day of secession, unless Hangle accepts the exception according to its management policy.

* Hangle reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate memberships under these conditions:

i) Posting texts or materials that slander specific countries or individuals or could create the diplomatic conflicts.

ii) Entering false information when registering or changing personal information.

iii) Acting against the law, the Terms of Service, or generally accepted customs and manners, using the service.

iv) Changing any of the contents posted on Hangle.

iv) Violating third party's human rights or intellectual properties, or Hangle copyrights or work.

v) Collects and uses another member's ID illegally.

vi) Spreads information, texts, and figures to others, disrupts the public order, or violates generally accepted customs and manners.

vii) Registering several IDs.

viii) Behaving in a way objectively considered to be a crime.

ix) Acting against the Terms of Service and related laws.

6. Hangle Privacy Policy

* Hangle strictly protects users' personal information. You can get more information on Hangle Privacy Policy at the bottom parts.

7. Use of Service

* Hangle classifies users as members and non-members.

* The service of Hangle includes contents (texts, images, multimedia, etc), bulletin boards, cafes, forums, and communication devices.

* Hangle has no obligations of censorship in the Hangle zone, but has the right to review contents and delete certain contents at its sole discretion. Hangle can restrict users from some or all services of Hangle zone without any notice to users for any reason.

8. Obligations of Hangle

* Hangle does not conduct any illegal activities contrary to the law and these Terms of Service, and provides continuous and stable service according to these Terms of Service.

* Hangle does not send commercial e-mail to users without consent.

* Hangle takes full responsibility to compensate for loss caused by Hangle's purposeful action to cause damage.

9. Obligations of Users

* Users agree not to do any of the following:

i) Registration or modification of personal information with false information.

ii) Modification of information posted on Hangle.

iii) Violation of any third party's human rights or intellectual properties, or interference in Hangle affairs.
   
      iv) Surreptitious use of another member's ID.

v) Spread information such as texts or images which is contrary to public order and morals.

vi) Behavior objectively judged as a crime.

vii) Actions against the Terms of Service and related laws.

* Hangle may take proper action such as suspend or delete memberships who
     conducted activities mentioned in the above clauses. Hangle may also delete
     any information related with the user, without notice, at its sole discretion.

10. Member's Obligations for ID and Password

* You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID and password.

* You should not allow third parties to use your ID and password.

* You must immediately notify Hangle of leakage or any unauthorized use of your ID and password. Furthermore, you are obligated to follow the guidance of Hangle.

11. Dealing with Advertisers

* Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through Hangle, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Hangle shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on Hangle.

12. Limitations of Storage

* Users agree that Hangle may limit the storage size, duration of the content storage, etc.

* Users agree that Hangle reserves the right to suspend or terminate user's informations that are inactive for an extended period of time.

13. Rights and Responsibilities for Messages Posted

* Hangle has all rights to all of the contents on the messages posted so long as there is no objection from the author nor special agreements between Hangle and the author.

* Hangle protects the messages posted and bans plagiarism on the site.

14. Amendment of the Terms of Service

* Hangle reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service.

15. Others

* The Terms of Service have been made and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
